Use once daily. Apply Resurface to clean, dry skin. Allow to remain 1-2 minutes, then rinse with water. Pat dry and apply Quench. Do not rinse off. Wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30 daily. Meant for use on arms, legs and torso.
