Management recognized from the onset that a standard of excellence had to be set from the start and critically, once that bench mark had been set, that it be maintained in ensuring that personnel and assets are never compromised.</p> <p>VPSS management and staff are highly qualified, dedicated and work very closely with clients at every level in relation to the security services that are contractually being provided and have the flexibility and capacity to modify any aspect of this service if the client so desire.</p> <p>VPSS security personnel are screened, selected and trained in all facets of security which is directly related to their job description and once they are selected they are required to attend ongoing training courses as management directs. This level of selection and training ensures that the security standards are consistently maintained at a high level and as such, reduces the risk of compromise to clients operational capability.</p> <p><strong><em>Operational Network:</em></strong></p> <p>VPSS since commencing operations back in 2014, and as a result of providing a standard of excellence, has grown dramatically. At the start, VPSS set up its HQ in Phnom Penh and provided security services to clients within the Phnom Penh area. Within a very short period of time client demand increased dramatically and now VPSS has three HQ locations – Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap. Once this documentation has been completed and providing everything is in order, then the applicant will then undertake the training required to then be a qualified security guard.
