<p><span data-block="true">YM Tengku Farith Rithauddin was appointed as Chairman of the company on 3 May 2016. He retired on 13 September 2018. He was re-appointed on 19 September 2018. Farith is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of SKALI.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">In 2002, Farith was selected as one of the 100 Global Leaders for Tomorrow (GLT) by the World Economic Forum, Davos of Switzerland. In 2004, he was the first recipient of the Young Entrepreneur award by the Malay Chamber of Commerce, Malaysia and in 2006 was awarded the prestigious Eisenhower Fellowship for 2007 by the Eisenhower Foundation, USA. In 2008 he was awarded Most Outstanding Entrepreneur for 2008 by the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurs Award (APEA) Organization. In March 2012, YM Tengku Farith was awarded the BMW Stifung Herbert Quandt – Young Leaders. His latest recognition was a nomination by Top 10 of Malaysia Magazine for Top 10 Inspiring Technopreneurs in Malaysia.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">His career began with Commerce International Merchant Bankers (CIMB) in the corporate finance division. He was a key team member in the Corporate Finance and Capital Market divisions. He has in-depth knowledge about corporate restructuring, corporate financing and financial re-engineering.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">Throughout his career at CIMB, Farith established relationships with various investment bankers, analysts, researchers, venture capitalists and private investors, and was involved in corporate advisory services for Penang Port, agencies under the Ministry of Rural Development and KPJ Healthcare Bhd.</span></p>
<p data-margin-bottom="0.7em"><span data-block="true">He then moved on to Road Builder (M) Holdings Berhad and was responsible for its business development in property and infrastructure projects. At Road Builder, he was instrumental in securing numerous privatization projects relating to property and infrastructure.</span></p>

<p><span data-block="true">Datuk Haji Khan Bin Mohd. Akram Khan, aged 48, is a strategist and a serial entrepreneur in the field of Big Data Analytics, Automotive, Logistics and Trading, and other related products. As the founder of AGA Group, Datuk Khan’s journey into Big Data Analytics started back in 2001, during the time when he was still involved in the Automotive Industry. Being an advocator towards a sustainable data management and governance, his National Data Ocean framework has been renowned and accepted by MAMPU and MDec in pursuing Beyond 2020 Roadmap.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">Datuk Khan currently holds a Bachelor of Communications (Hons) from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur and has almost 30 years of experience in the areas of Strategic Planning, Branding and Communication, Marketing, Digital Transformation and Data Analytics.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">Being a prominent figure in Big Data arena, Datuk Khan has been featured in many events such as HACKATHON and forums as a speaker in order to share his views on how businesses can capitalize data as the game changer to win deals. Armed with vast experience in various industries where he strongly believes that data is the primary component in transforming and optimizing business best practices, Datuk Khan has been proactively promoting the idea of Big Data Analytics based on his principles, methodology and architecture.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">His strong passion and deep understanding in data management and analytics and how it can assist businesses in making better and clearer decisions has led Datuk Khan to acquire an Australia based company, Clarity Private Limited in 2014. As a result of this acquisition which later changed the name Clarity Private Limited to Clarity OSS (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. For the past almost 20 years, besides Clarity OSS (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Datuk Khan has been building his business network under AGA Group of Companies; One Stop Dot Com, AGA Zone and AGA Gemilang.</span></p>
<p data-margin-bottom="0.7em"><span data-block="true">Datuk Khan is currently the Executive Chairman of Mmag Holdings Berhad.</span></p>

<p><span data-block="true">Wong Mun Wai is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (Malaysia and United Kingdom). Mr Wong was appointed to the Board on 28 May 2012. He resigned from the Board on 13 September 2018. He was reappointed to the Board on 19 September 2018. He is also a member of the Remunerating Committee and Chairman of the Nominating Committee and Audit Committee.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">He is currently the head of Consultancy firm with affiliation with Nexia International and also sits on the board of Comintel Corporation Berhad as an Independent Director. He was formerly an Independent Director for a listed information technology group of companies, and sat as a chairman of their Audit Committee.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">He has over 30 years experience in the commerce and accounting profession with affiliation to Horwath and Horwath International, Moore Rowland, as well as working experience in public listed companies in various sectors such as paper manufacturing and trading, health care, financial services and real estate. He has held various positions including senior finance manager cum company secretary, chief operating officer, and executive director.</span></p>
<p data-margin-bottom="0.7em"><span data-block="true">He carried out various due diligent and management review assignments, merger and acquisition exercises involving various ndustries and businesses, such as financial institutions, household appliances, biotech, fitness centres, pub and restaurant, furniture,timber and paper related industries.</span></p>

<p><span data-block="true">Mr. Yap Kian Ming was appointed to the Board on 14 June 2017. He retired from the Board on 13 September 2018. He was re-appointed on 19 September 2018. Mr. Yap served as Regional Sales Manager for Garryson (now under Kennametal), and was responsible for the Sales and Marketing for China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">Mr. Yap has vast experience in Technical Sales and Cross Cultural marketing in Asia and his primary focus was in the Oil and Gas, Aerospace and shipping industry. He started his career as a Strategic Management Executive with Kein Hing Industries Sdn. Bhd.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">During his 5 years tenure, he had started and headed the Purchasing Department since then. Further, he had also put in place a stock system. Besides heading the Purchasing Department, he was also responsible for a integrated stamping, machining and surface grinding line and Sales and Marketing with clients that included Sanden, Sharp, Nippondenso, Matsushita, Clipsal and PDL switch Gear Manufacturers. In the meantime, he was also responsible for a Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse.</span></p>
<p><span data-block="true">He joined Polychem Sdn. Bhd. as Regional Product Manager. He served a wide range of industries from automotive, mould and die, oil and gas and electrical, electronics manufacturers. He has been Independent Non-Executive Director at SKH Consortium Berhad since August 22, 2014. Mr. Yap has been an Independent Non Executive Director of Panpages Berhad since June 14, 2017.</span></p>
<p data-margin-bottom="0.7em"><span data-block="true">Mr. Yap is a graduate of the University of Brock, Canada with a Bachelor Degree of Arts in Economics and Marketing.</span></p>
