Present Continuous
Present continuous Tense is used to talk about something which is happening now or at the time of speaking.
Examples
- Please don’t make so much noise. I am studying.
- Where is John? He is having a bath.
- Be quiet! I'm watching my favorite movie.

The Present continuous Tense is used to express an activity happening around now, but perhaps not the moment of speaking.
Examples
- John is learning English at the moment.
- My friends and I are writing tourism book these days.
- Have you heard about David? He is building his own house.
